Bagging Machine Workflow:
Manual or automatic bag feeder puts the empty bag on the discharge port of the packaging machine.
The bag clamping switch opens, and the control system receives the signal to drive the cylinder to clamp the bags. At the same time, the material in the bin is fed into the weighing hopper.
After weighing, it is loaded into the bag under the effect of gravity.
After the filling is completed, the bag clamp opens automatically, and the filled bags fall onto the conveyor belt automatically.
Then, they are sent to the sewing machine to sew the bags and complete the packing process.
