Fully automatic bagging machine
The automatic bagging machine is made up of an Automatic empty bag feeding system, an Automatic Double weighing and filling system, a Filled bag shifting system, a Horizontal belt conveyor (for packed bags), an Automatic sewing machine, an Overhaul platform and a PLC controlling system. Without manual intervention, the machine automatically completes the entire process, from bag loading and weighing to filling, sealing, and packaging. The Automatic empty bag feeding system can store 300-500 bags per batch, depending on the thickness of the bags.
Normally, the packing speed of one automatic packing line could be set at 500 bags per hour; depending on the flow rate and bulk density of raw materials, the speed may be optimized to 600 bags per hour.

① Automatic bag feeding system: Automatically conveys empty bags to the feed opening.
② Automatic sewing machine: After filling the material, the bags are transported to the sewing area for automatic sewing.
③ Horizontal belt conveyor: Conveying bags, the moving speed and conveying direction can be adjusted according to the production demand.
④ Automatic weighing system: Sensing and measuring the weight of the product ensures that high precision weighing is achieved.
⑤ Overhaul platform: Work area for maintenance, overhaul and upgrading of fully automatic bagging machine.

① Empty Bag Placing Platform: Used to store 300-500 empty bags, making them readily available for subsequent use.
② Bag Picking and Delivering Device: Automatically picks up and conveys empty bags to the feed opening.
③ Bag Covering Arm: Used to cover the bag over the product, ensuring the bag is positioned correctly.
④ Bag Mouth Opening System: Used to open the mouth of the bag for filling.
⑤ Bag Clamping System: Used to clamp the bag, ensuring stability during the filling process.
⑥ Bag Mouth Making Up Device: Used to tidy up the bag mouth to ensure the sealing is neat and facilitates subsequent operations.
