The working process of this machine is measuring, bag making, filling, sealing, cutting, testing, coding, counting and conveying, which is suitable for packing granules, powders, liquids, pastes and so on.

- Bag length adjustment: Bag length adjustment is convenient. The machine adopts a PLC control system and independent servo motor drive and only needs to input numbers on the interface.
- Back seal hemming: The longitudinal seal adopts a ring hemming structure, more stable hemming, and better effect.
- Cross-seal embossing: High-temperature silicone with hot stamping plate structure, better sealing effect, and clear texture.
- Mold Movement Section: The multi lane stick pack machine is equipped with a film damping structure to ensure the packaging material’s straightness and the tension’s stability, which enhances the flatness and beauty of the bag shape.
