- Air pressure valve bag filling machine: It fills materials (such as powder, granule, and mineral) into the valve bags, preventing contamination and degradation. The materials flow from the hopper into the air pressure chamber, and the air pressure pushes the materials into the valve bag. During the filling process, the scale of the air pressure valve bag filler machine continuously detects the material weight in the bag, and automatically stops filling when the set target weight is reached. - Vacuum valve bag filling machine: It precisely fills porous valve bags with ultra-fine powder, while controlling the dust in the vacuum chamber. This type of valve bag filler machine is suitable for industries such as chemicals. The filling speed is 3 bags per minute, the accuracy is ±0.5-1% of the target weight, the weight range is 20-110 pounds (9-50 kg), and the applicable bag types are paper and plastic valve bags.
