High Level palletizer with Gripper
VPEKS High Level palletizer with Gripper is an efficient automated palletizing equipment for bag and box palletizing with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. The palletizer uses advanced electrical control systems and mechanical equipment, which can automatically coordinate and control the actions of the palletizing system to ensure that the entire palletizing process is completed smoothly according to the set procedures.
Workflow
During the palletizing process, bags enter the flat and vibrating conveyor belts via reverse conveyors and climbing conveyors. According to the set process, the equipment automatically grabs the bags and places them in the corresponding position on the pallet. When a layer of products is completed, the elevator will automatically lower its height to stack the next layer until it reaches the user-preset number of layers (such as 6 or 10 layers). After the palletizing is completed, the elevator automatically lowers to the lowest position, and the palletized products are transported to the pallet conveyor belt and finally transported by forklift.
