The Paste/liquid packaging line combines an advanced PLC control system with a POD (touch screen) operating interface to achieve full automatic control, easy operation, and is suitable for efficient packaging of various liquids and pastes. The packaging line uses a precise metering device to ensure accurate release and utilization of materials to avoid waste of resources. At the same time, it is equipped with an empty bag sealing prevention device to ensure that the empty bag is not sealed, further reducing the waste of packaging materials.
This equipment can easily adjust the bag width through motor control. Just press the control button to quickly adjust the width of each group of machine clamps, which greatly saves setting time. The safety device is configured in the equipment. When the working pressure is abnormal or the heating tube fails, an alarm will be issued to ensure safe operation.
